WINE SHIPPING PRICES
Australia-Wide Shipping and Deliveries
We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. For all other countries we ask that you contact us to discuss your shipping requirements.
Freight is charged at a rate of $20 per order to all locations within Australia. Freight is free for all orders over $750. Deliveries are performed by Fastway and Australia Post depending on your location.
There are no deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays
Christmas and New Year Period Deliveries
Deliveries via Fastway in December are usually delayed. This coupled with the hot weather can be detrimental to all wine orders being sent anywhere in the country. For this reason, we advise you to order outside of December (and preferably not in Summer) to ensure the arrival of your order in a timely manner and without jeopardising the quality of the wine.
According to Australia Post’s own notices on deliveries during the Christmas and New Year period we cannot guarantee that Australia Post deliveries interstate will make their destination if your order is placed after the 8th December.
Deliveries to the Sydney metro area will be made by our own couriers so they will get to you next day unless the next day is a Sunday or a Public Holiday.
Orders placed on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve will be delivered on the next business day which excludes public holidays.
30 Day Returns
We provide a 30 day return period if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or simply want to return a purchase. Simply contact us to arrange it. Shipping costs may apply.
