Our Vintages


Organically grown with minimum irrigation, at the end of a prolonged drought, the grapes were hand-picked, & selected very high quality bunches were crushed on 18 February 2019. After fermentation, the wine was matured for 18 months through careful rotation in French oak hogsheads.

Featuring deep purple hues with an intense concentration of dark berry fragrances & varietal characters, we have hand-crafted this wine with a well-structured palate of blueberry, cassis & earthy flavours balanced by a subtle tanin profile.
